「部屋は広く清潔で、街にも至近。コストパフォーマンス高いと思います。バスタブもありました。 外装は古い建物風ですが、中は程よく近代的で特筆すべき欠点もなし。」

「A little disappointed with the hotel. Not sure about it's four star rating. The lobby looks spectacular but doesn't hold up to closer inspection. The leather in the armchairs is splitting and needs replacing, and the chairs in the bar are dirty at the top where people handle them. In my room there was a lot of scuffing to the furniture and the fridge needed a good clean in the trays on the door. I reported a curtain partially off it's rail three times and it wasn't fixed. 「This was a nice hotel with an interesting history. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Unfortunately we were here in the transition from their winter to summer season & it was unusually warm weather. The room was stifling as the a/c couldn’t be turned on. They did try to help us but to no avail. We did appreciate the early check-in and the great breakfast.」

「The hotel is in a great location for exploring Ponta Delgada. We were very comfortable in our room with the added luxury of a small terrace with climbing vines for reading and sitting in the sun. The breakfast was wonderful which included many options, all delicious. The restaurant and cafe were great also. 「とにかく、温泉がよかったです。 日中は外部からのお客さんがいてかなりにぎやかですが、朝夕は宿泊客だけで、静かにゆっくり入ることができました。 島の中の山の天気なので、雨が降ったり止んだりでしたが、長くは降らないので、様子を見ながら入りました。 客室も気持ちよく快適で、レストランもおいしかったです。 日本から遠いのが残念です。 また、行く機会があればぜひ、行きたいです。」

「My flight was canceled and then canceled again due to the weather. Ended up spending an extra 5 nights in Ponta Delgada. Found the hotel via Expedia. Beautiful hotel! It looks brand new. Property is very well maintained. Rooms are very very clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The outdoor pool looks nice but it was too cold for a dip. The spa is very nice. Must wear a head cap if you use the indoor pool. Hotel is downtown and walking distance to many shops and great restaurants. ...
