The room could benefit from a bit more TLC. The beds were quite uncomfortable and the decor felt plain, which didn’t create a very homely atmosphere. The lounge area also felt a little bare. There were also some issues with the TV not connecting to YouTube and difficulty using the television overall, along with intermittent WiFi connection problems.

The apartment was adequate but I have two gripes - 1. The air conditioner was not up to the task even in late autumn, it took hours for the apartment to cool only slightly, it wasn’t enough. Also the beds are rock hard so sleeping wasn’t very comfortable. Both temperature and beds should be comfortable at a minimum. The rest of the apartment is good. The layout is good albeit a little cramped in places. The kitchen is large but not fully stocked like other apartments I’ve stayed in. The shower pressure is amazing. The location is excellent - very central to everything a tourist would want to visit and public transport of all types is very close and handy.

Everything was fine, didn't use the facilities as it was a 1 night stay but I did check them out.Could easily spend a week here.

Stayed in the king room and it was awesome. Heaps of space and very clean. Bed was comfy and the room was very quiet. The free lolly bar in the foyer was a nice touch! Best place I’ve stayed at in Brisbane!

Terrific location for river taxis, restaurants and Southbank.

Always lovely to stay at the Pullman. Staff are always wonderful.
