The location was great, but taking a shower in the bathroom was uncomfortable. It had the feel of an old hotel. There was a stain on the bathroom wall, which looked like a trace of a water leak. On the bright side, the AC worked well. I thought it was a 4-star hotel, but it felt more like a 3-star."

Property was convenient

Great place to stay in Rome. Staff was wonderful, location was great. Hotel room had everything you would need. Only wish the food was better on the rooftop bar/restaurant but the view was great for drinks.

Great boutique hotel and they had a 24hr staff that was always responsive, kind, smiling every time u entered the property. Every time I message them on Expedia they were so quick with responding and helping out. They would arrange for any dinner reservations or private driver promptly as well. Great friendly staff

The room was clean, and refreshed daily. Staff were extremely helpful in assisting with navigation, and logistics.

This was the worse hotel I’ve stayed at. The room had a disgusting smell (like fried food) even after house keeping is done cleaning. A random person was walking around on the 3rd floor and nocking on every room’s door, I had to call reception who basically told me don’t worry they will not bother you again! Staff were not friendly. They had 2 elevators, one of which was broken all 4 days that I was there. All guests are using 1 elevator so the wait line was crazy. Location is ok not crazy convenient. Would not recommend staying there.

Excellent location in the Centro - Conveniently located for sightseeing and walking a number of places. Very pleasant and helpful staff and concierge. Exceptionally clean property, with daily housekeeping, water, treats. Nice sheets and bedding. Wonderful breakfast included with additional items for purchase. Lovely courtyard, salon, and bar.

The tub in the Jr. sweet is big enough for two people and that was awesome.

don't go, terrible, no amenities, no staff, air conditioning cannot keep room under 80 degrees in the summer, we booked the best suite and it was terrible cannot imagine other rooms
