Promised to fix the blind but never did.

Check in was quick and easy, directions to the apartment were clear. Room was clean, tidy and comfortable and had everything I needed for my stay. Only issue was the balcony door was unlocked with no key to lock it - luckily I wasn’t on the ground floor otherwise I would have felt uncomfortable. Great location for the Marvel Stadium and I could walk into the CBD or use the tram which stops right outside.

Room 3509 is very worn, stains & worn carpet pretty much everywhere, marks on the doors floors walls,every towel rack is about to fall off, the front door whistle a lot if the windows open if it stays open, the pipes in the tv wall chatters all night the ac barely works, fan speed stuck on auto how ever, view is awesome, check in was ez, pick up key from Asian shop across from woolies, outdoor heated pool is sick, we had a good stay, location is ok, room just needs a big make over & would be excellent. Get a feed at Rozas if ur in southbank

Great location, walking distance to tram stops and south bank. A bit noisy at night. Toilet was leaking and some furniture was broken. Good gym.

This is a stunning smart hotel, and ideally located for the City and the South Bank. The staff are friendly, helpful and very hard working. The breakfasts are excellent

Staff were friendly and helpful and the location was central and very convenient for what I needed while in Melbourne. Room was quite functional for storage and layout. Overall I was happy with my stay. Being from North America I could not believe there was no ice available. In general the room was clean but the shower could use a real thorough deep clean because tiles and faucets had mold/mildew. My bathroom sink was not draining properly from my arrival and even though I reported it and apparently a service request was submitted it wasn’t fixed until the morning I was checking out. Also the TV remote wasn’t working and took some assistance from the manager to get a second type to be able to change channels. Couldn’t make outgoing calls from room phone and quite a few times when I tried calling reception with questions no one was available.
