Very spacious and clean room. The staff at the reception were very friendly and helpful.

We had a wonderful stay at La Scaletta in Florence! The hotel was extremely clean, and the staff was always friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our stay. The location is fantastic, just steps from the Ponte Vecchio, with so many great shops, restaurants, and beautiful sights within easy walking distance. One of the things we loved most was the combination of history and modern comfort. Staying in such a beautiful historic building, surrounded by gorgeous frescoes and architectural details, made the experience feel very special, while the rooms still had a fresh, modern vibe. The terrace bar was another highlight and a wonderful place to relax and enjoy Florence. Beautiful hotel, excellent location, and great service. We would definitely recommend La Scaletta and would happily stay here again!

Beautiful hotel and walking distance from the centre

Staff was amazing, the hotel is beautiful, my only concern was about a big stain on the mattress but other than that ,our stay was great

The staff were warm and friendly and ready to help out every need. This was a splurge hotel for us after four days of economizing and while the price is high the hotel was luxurious the breakfast was incredible with a huge selection of delicious choices and over the top service.

Not very good location and room are not in good hygiene standards. Bathroom is big but no fan and poor condition.

Je trouve cette situation tout à fait anormale. Lors de ma réservation, il m’a été confirmé que le stationnement était gratuit et que des places gratuites étaient disponibles pour les clients de l’hôtel. Or, à mon arrivée, on m’a demandé de payer le stationnement. Si le stationnement était annoncé comme gratuit et qu’il m’a été confirmé comme tel, je ne comprends pas pourquoi des frais m’ont été facturés. Je vous demande donc de bien vouloir retirer ces frais ou, s’ils ont déjà été payés, de me les rembourser. Je vous remercie de corriger cette situation.

Room very small, no chairs inside, ants everywhere, including the breakfast area. Quadruple room has a double bed and a single bed, apparently this was the biggest room in the hotel. We book for 4 people ( 2 adults and 2 children 12 and 16 and they had to squeeze in a single bed.
