The hotel's prime location is highly advantageous for retail activities, with convenient access to several dining establishments. The accommodations were satisfactory, and the culinary offerings were acceptable. Upon arrival, our room was not prepared, resulting in a one-hour delay before we could be accommodated. As a gesture of goodwill, we received a $50 credit however, the extended wait was both unreasonable and inconvenient. Given the price point, a seamless check-in experience is expected.

It’s a nice hotel in a good area. Nice rooftop too.

Superb customer service! Above and beyond!

Great staff! Loved the bar in the lobby. So chill! Great vibe our entire stay. Only issues were 1. Would love to have had an exhaust fan in bathroom and 2. Be able to make the room colder.
