Everything was excellent

A really wonderful hotel on an unassuming street only a stone's throw from great restaurants, shops, and the metro. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming and offered some excellent restaurant recommendations nearby. Would absolutely stay here again.

This is small boutique hotel in a great location. Cozy, but very functional rooms with nice amenities. Modern well stocked bathrooms. Located in a nice diverse neighborhood with plenty of restaurants and shops. Close to several Metro stops which makes it easy to see the sites in Paris. Walking distance to the Opera and Galleries Lafayette. Get the breakfast option which includes a large variety of items and is very convenient. The staff are friendly and helpful.

This was the perfect place for our Mother/daughter trip. The hotel is in the perfect location, close to so many cafe's! The room was tiny compared to what we are used to in the States, but the balcony made up for it! The staff was so helpful and kind. Kevin at the front desk stole our hearts! We loved the entire experience!

The Castile is in a good location for walking Paris and exploring local gems. The staff is attentive, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The food is good. The room was comfortable and we felt spoiled with all the special touches.

My girlfriend and I spent 2 nights at Maison Proust last week and it was a great experience. The entire hotel including the rooms and the common areas were extremely clean and quiet. The breakfast was simple though delicious and the coffee was great. The bar offers a good selection of drinks and the lobby area including the round library are designed with great taste. We got to have the spa reserved for the two of us for an hour. What we liked most was utmost coordination among the staff members, they were super nice and friendly and extremely helpful. We were trying to find tickets to a performance at Palais Garnier and they were able to get us two great seats even though in general it is not easy to do this without reservation made well ahead of time. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to Temple and République stations.

Everything was okay only thing is atleast staff should responds to customer messages and emails.

Fantastic hotel near a metro stop that had several lines so it was easy to go places. We went everywhere (including Versailles using the metro. We also could walk to places like the Arc and Champs de Elysees. The breakfast was great too. You could choose when you wanted breakfast, which was great. Some days we just went to a nearby cafe. Nice safe upscale neighborhood. Very beautifully appointed room. You could walk back after watching the sunset on the Seine etc. And there were lots of restaurants nearby. Really enjoyed the five nights we stayed at this hotel!

We only stayed for 1 night, but I would have loved to stay longer. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, the restaurant and bar were great, food was amazing, prices were on par with area. We booked the room with sofa beds that sleep six. We are a family of 5 and were greeted to all 5 beds being prepared for us. A much appreciated gesture after a full day at Parc Asterix. Also very close to the Parc Asterix and CDG.
