Suwakyo Promenade All inclusive Vacations

Just came back from Japan after spending 5 nights in Tokyo and stayed in this hotel. We stayed in 1 Bedroom Suite Room 6 and was very satisfied with the room. First of all, we booked this hotel/room because we saw in the pictures how spacious it is and was happy to say that the size met our expectations! The room was cozy and all amenities are available, either in the room, from the self service counter downstairs or when requested from receptionist. We borrowed a rice cooker which worked well. Also cooked using the induction cooker. Big fridge and modern microwave which we used a lot. Bonus to have washer dryer combo and the dryer function really works unlike typical hotel dryers. You can see that the hotel really takes note and responded to many complaints in the review e.g. clear info on frequency of housekeeping with exact dates. There’s 24hr supermarket nearby which we frequented daily and the prices are cheaper than kombini. Lawson, 7E and Family Mart are also nearby and Ginza shopping district is walkable around 15 mins. Even rented nearby Toyota car store for a day trip to Mt Fuji. Saw a lot of Singaporeans stayed here throughout our trip. Room is clean, shower pressure superb, and there’s tub as well as double sink. Overall highly recommend if the price is right.

Great hotel for your stay in Tokyo. Minato is a nice quiet area. Hotel is convenient to Hamamatsu Cho station, for easy access to Tokyo station, Disney, Shibuya and Shinjuku. Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff is friendly and helpful. I’ll stay there again. My wife and two daughters loved it!

Perfect stay. Nice looking from the outside, on a quiet street across from a small supermarket. Check in was quick and friendly with water and juice available. The room was clean and more spacious than I expected. Our teen and tween stayed comfortably in the bunk beds. Laundry detergent was available by the check in desk free of charge and the washer dryer in the room worked really well, way better than any I’ve seen before in Japan. Our clothes were actually dry at the end of the cycle which was so helpful! Our routes for all our sightseeing took us to Tsukiji station, the H/Hibaya line, which was a 5-6 min walk from the hotel along a nice clean route. We didn’t walk to Ginza because it was 20 min or so and we preferred the train instead. They cleaned on a schedule, on the 3rd day of our stay and did a full thorough cleaning but there was a trash can just outside and they collected used towels each day. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Great stay in a very quiet part of town. Only stayed 1 night. Staff went above and beyond to work with a luggage forwarding snafu and held our luggage longer than we first anticipated. Pillows were not stellar— but encountered similar style in Hokkaido, so maybe it’s just a thing here in Japan.

Great place to stay! Essentially located and near a very large public transportation hub that allow us to link up to the rest of the city as well as traveling outside of Tokyo. The grounds were beautiful and the ambience was incredible!! Highly recommend staying at this hotel.

We loved our stay at Hotel ChinzansoI. This is a beautiful property set in stunning gardens which is a true luxury in Tokyo. From check in to check out the hotel staff were welcoming and eager to accommodate us. Our rooms were large and beautiful with wonderful amenities and a fantastic garden view. We enjoyed busy days in different areas of Tokyo and enjoyed being in a tranquil and peaceful environment at the end of the day. We did not have a car, but found it easy to reach any area of Tokyo with either public transportation or taxi. We would highly recommend this property.

Everything was perfect, we travelled with a 11 month old, and it was extremely awesome. The King bed isnt a regular king it was ginormous and Im 6’5 220lb. you could’ve had 4 of me on that bed. Highly recommend, it’s pretty close to everything too

While the rooms are small, the location and the hotel staff make it a wonderful stay! This was our second time there. It is blocks from the center of Shibuya (Flippers and Mega Don Quixote are also blocked away). We were able to walk from the hotel to Shibuya, Cat Street and Harajuku. There is also a train station across the street.
