The staff was absolutely amazing! There weren't a ton of amenities, and unfortunately the hot tub was out of order, which I had really been looking forward to. However, they made up for it by surprising me with a complimentary room upgrade and drinks for my birthday, which I truly appreciated. Also...the body wash and lotion—OMG! They smelled incredible. I completely forgot to ask what brand or scent they use because I would absolutely buy it. The valet parking is pricey, but we chose it so we wouldn't have to haul our luggage from farther away, and it was worth the convenience. The room itself was so much fun! I loved the projector screen, and the extra-high bed was such a cool touch. The kitchenette had everything you would need if you wanted to cook a meal during your stay. The bathroom was a work of art. I loved the overhead rainfall shower and the handheld pull-out shower head—it felt so luxurious. Overall, we had a wonderful experience. One thing to note: the hotel is dog-friendly, so you may hear dogs barking occasionally, but it wasn't excessive. Thank you, Catbird, for helping make my birthday special. I hope to stay with you again soon!

Upon arrival immediately started off on a bad note. The room that I reserved more than 2 months prior husband double booked so I went into a king room that did not have a balcony and I had to wait over 2 hours for a rollaway bed to be delivered to the room. When the rollaway bed was delivered the linen on the bed was dirty. They did give us a couple of complimentary beverage slips the first night and then after talking to a manager the second day was able to get 20% off of my booking price. My family did like the pool. We did not like that you're not allowed to take the towels from the pool to the hotel room without being charged. Another big issue I had was paying for parking while already paying good money for a beautiful room you would think that the parking would be included but it is not. We paid $35 a night to park in the lot behind the hotel so you're able to come and go as you please. Be careful where you decide to park some places charge you to park and then you have to pay again when you go back.

The check in process was quick and easy, the location is insanely convenient. Valet parking only at $68 overnight. The trains coming and going throughout the night made it a little hard to sleep but other than that it’s a beautiful property in the heart of Denver.
