The hotel was great. The food was also good. The cafe buffet and cleaning staff were amazing. Especially Irving, he welcomed everybody with a great smile.
The reception staff was horrible!!! The hotel needs to get rid of the current staff.
The two guys wearing glasses were nasty, it was like we were bothering them everytime we ask them for something.
We couldn’t try the restaurants, we asked them for help booking them through the app and they gave me a nasty look.
It’s a shame because everything was perfect except the reception staff.

Don't walk RUN! to book this resort! Everything was amazing!! From the room, to the food choices, to the staff etc etc!! Everything was amazing!! It was algae season so the beach would pile up with algae in it but the resort had someone cleaning it up as much as possible. The beach was still amazing outside of that!! Definitely would go again!! Amazing, amazing, amazing!!
