"My experience at Hotel Boutique Delfina was excellent. The hotel is beautiful, with carefully curated décor and a peaceful atmosphere that truly invites you to relax. The rooms are comfortable, very clean, and thoughtfully designed with details that make a difference. The staff was consistently kind and attentive, always willing to help, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The only downside I noticed was that the restaurant service could use some improvement, as it tended to be quite slow...

"This hotel is lovely and set back away from the noise of the street. Very clean and new finishings with a nice little kitchenette and separate bedroom/living room areas. The staff were all so kind and welcoming and the pool was wonderfully refreshing after a day of sightseeing in the heat. There is also a nice little restaurant on the premises that serves delicious home cooked food. I will definitely return to this beautiful little oasis in Merida. "

"I stayed 15 days and enjoyed myself immensely. Very clean and well maintained. Quiet, other than the traffic on Paseo de Montejo, but you can open the windows to get fresh air. Much calmer than the Centro which is still an easy walk away and the Paseo is the place to stroll! Lots of nearby attractions. Used the rooftop loungers to get some sun in privacy, and a quick dip. "Wonderful clean hotel in a safe neighborhood. This excellent hotel has great staff and a delicious breakfast buffet. With nearby access to much of the downtown Merida area, we had a wonderful stay and everything was easy. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Breakfast was good for the most part, however, it was not quickly replenished when there was a large number of guests coming out for breakfast. "The hotel is a bit older, but was very nice as I was able to get a top floor and did not have loud neighbors with barking dogs. At night there is minimal road noise and no loud clubs playing music until 3 am. The room was very clean and had no bugs. AC and heat functioned well. The staff were very helpful and let me store items until time to check in. The area around the hotel is a bit boring but can easily be accessed by taxi to travel to other places. Parking is minimal.
