Room was clean. Some kept knocking on the door during the night

Staff was really great... I told them I need AC to sleep at night since there is no fresh air on the 23rd floor and the room was 76 degrees all night and day long! The thermostat wouldn't budge and at its hottest it was 79 degrees. I had to soak in cold water in my soaker tub. Plus the floor hasn't been vacuumed in a while. They did have nice slippers and robes to lounge in plus a corner room with panoramic views of the city.

I recently stayed in this hotel with my family and booked a “suite.” Why call a regular room a suite? The ventilation system was also weak. The only advantages are the convenient location and the parking.

Will definitely stay there again. Room, parking, pool area and staff were great.
