$600 per night! Very average hotel . The room was ludicrously small and I could hardly turn in the shower very bizarre.3 star at best . Won’t be back .

We were extremely impressed with the treatment by staff here! We were always met with nothing but helpfulness and nothing was ever a problem. Thank you and keep up the amazing work.

Very disappointing experience, especially for the price I used to love staying at this hotel. It was always a pleasure to come back, with a fantastic reception team, complimentary minibar and the overall experience you would expect from a five-star hotel. Unfortunately, my stay this year was a huge disappointment. The rooms have been renovated, but nothing particularly impressive. Meanwhile, there is no bar, nowhere to enjoy a meal, and renovation work is happening everywhere, with workers and noise throughout the hotel. What disappoints me most is the price. The hotel is still charging premium five-star rates while offering a very limited experience. I find it hard to understand how they can justify such high prices when so many facilities are unavailable. I understand that renovations are necessary, but surely the prices should reflect the inconvenience and lack of services during this period. After being a returning guest for years, I genuinely feel the hotel has lost much of what once made it special. At these prices, there are far better options in Sydney. Extremely poor value for money.

Fantastic Location, Wonderful Service, and a Great Stay! What a fabulous place to stay in Sydney! The location is fantastic—easy walking distance to Circular Quay, The Rocks, and so many other great spots to explore. The front desk staff were absolutely delightful and incredibly helpful. We arrived early after disembarking from a cruise and were able to drop off our bags before heading out to enjoy the day. What a lovely surprise to receive a text letting us know our room was ready ahead of schedule—and even better, our bags had already been delivered directly to the apartment! The apartment itself was fantastic and exactly as described, with a spacious bathroom, comfortable living area, well-equipped kitchen, and separate bedroom. It was the perfect space to relax after a busy day exploring Sydney. A wonderful experience from start to finish. We would absolutely stay here again on our next visit to Sydney! Highly recommend!

Hotel foyer, reception and first floor is exceptional. We were a little disappointed with the room and the condition they were in. Clearly the building has been renovated but painting over corrosion, seeing rust and mould in the bathroom didn't live up to the $800 a night we paid.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Strengths are location and staff. Sadly though our room was very small with uncomfortable bed.

Location is and was great and very central . Rooms were very dated like not updated from the 1980s or 1990's. Out of 2 elevators only 1 was functional. Which meant around a 5-10 minute wait for those who were going up as there were people or workers going down as well. No functional coffee maker in foyer despite having 2 with out of order stuck on them.as they had on 1 of the 2 elevators. The toilets were in need of repairs as the tiles were loose.
