They catfished the room ,was nothing like their pictures on website . When issue was brought up they basically told me to upgrade or cancel they ain’t care because room was paid for already and was nonrefundable terrible experience room was antiquated the furniture full of bite marks for the price they charge for a room expected way more

Great location for Fishermans wharf, rooms are a decent size and beds were comfy. Hotel doesn't offer much by way of amenities, there is coffee served somewhere in the lobby and I think there is a courtyard with a firepit but we didnt make use of either of them. Holywood cafe down the road do a great breakfast and the brick and beam close by is a great stop for a beer on the way home. There is an itallian restaurant attached to the hotel, the food was okay and the staff were really nice. The hotel staff were really helpful when I contacted them to let them know I had left my airpods in the room. Unfortunately they used a third party service which was really expensive postage, the only option to send them back to the UK was $114 dollars, they arrived 2 days later in a huge box, quicker than I got home.
