Booked a room last minute and loved our stay! It was right in the middle of the plaza and we walked to tons of great places. The property was beautiful. I really enjoy historic properties, so this is right up my alley!

Great stay at the El Dorado Hotel!! Although we spent much of our time out and did not utilize the amenities, they looked enjoyable, the weather was a little too chilly for this girl to jump in the pool. Overall enjoyable stay, our room was clean and beautiful, even the towels smelled nice! Great food in the El Dorado Kitchen, all staff were equally wonderful. Excellent location if you want to enjoy all that Sonoma has to offer.

The downtown location on the square was great for us. The front desk staff was very helpful offering suggestions on wine and dinner locations. The food at the restaurant was very good.

I loved this charming boutique hotel. We didn’t get to eat there but the rooms were updated and comfy. Bedroom a little tight, bathroom a good size. And great location on Sonoma Square.

The rooms are lovely and the bed is extremely comfortable. The onsite restaurant is delicious and staff are so helpful. Enjoyed the pool and would definitely come back and stay here again.

A+ Hotel. Cici at the front desk was the absolute best. Friendly, helpful, and professional. Everything about this hotel was wonderful from clean and comfortable rooms, 2 coffee stations in the morning as well as in the room, delicious food in the dining room (paella and braised short ribs) to the perfect location at the square. We also are across the street at Girl and the Fig - might need to make a reservation. It was delicious also. Highly recommend the El Dorado Hotel.

Great hotel on the square. Loved the freshly brewed coffee in the morning. Bathroom and bedroom wonderfully modern and comfortable. Pool was nice, though could use a little refresh. Overall, a great place to stay and highly recommend.
