「Our stay at Senza was very disappointing. We’ve stayed at many hotels that cost far less than the nearly $700 per night we paid here, yet received much better hospitality and service. Service was poor from the start. We had to ask for the advertised welcome drink, and several other guests were doing the same. The hotel also appeared understaffed. At the bar, we waited over 15 minutes without anyone acknowledging us. Our room was clean, but we booked a Vineyard Suite expecting the experience...
