The room is cozy, super clean, the breakfast is a standard buffet style. And it’s convenient to transport and entertainment. The only thing may improve is the space of bathroom, it is too small.

Great staff, amazing shuttle, wonderful breakfast, said hot tub on listing but not available to use, pool was not ready yet either, great views. Bathtubs exceptionally small and can hear other guests easily through the wall. All said, we had a good time.

This was a very nice hotel, we stayed for 4 nights in Amalfi. It's charming and older architecture/features - but that is how all hotels are in the area, you wont be getting a modern hotel. Very clean and good service. Hotel staff was very nice. The pool is nice and offers a great views, but water very cold likely bc of the shade, and no one spends time at the pool, I'm assuming because you are out exploring when in Amalfi. The hotel shuttle was very good feature and used multiple times a day, they have an app to schedule very easily. It takes about 10 minutes to get down to the city center where a lot of the action is.

Friendly and efficient staff and a beautiful hotel and location. The spa is excellent. Food however is somewhat overpriced although good quality. The buffet breakfast is healthy and traditional style

This is the kind of hotel you note for future stays. The friendly service is from everyone here, and all seem happy to work here. The concierges gave great recommendations and never hesitated on any request. We will plan to be back!

We had an unforgettable stay at Hotel Santa Caterina. The property is breathtaking, perched on a cliff with panoramic Amalfi Coast views and a private elevator leading to a serene private beach. There was a mix-up with our initial room, but the staff handled it with professionalism and quickly moved us to a beautiful Junior Suite with a stunning sea view. Service was exceptional throughout — from the concierge to the restaurant team. Breakfast on the terrace overlooking the sea was truly magical. Once settled, our stay was flawless. Highly recommended for anyone seeking luxury, elegance, and relaxation in Amalfi. We can’t wait to return!

The view from Hotel Cristina was beautiful. The shuttle was very convenient at ran frequently between the hotel and the train station. The rooms were clean and modern but were not spacious. The food was great and the breakfast was an amazing buffet with many choices and a lot of food. All that said, the best thing about Hotel Cristina was the people that worked there. We enjoyed speaking with each person and their smiles a great start to each day.

A Home Away From Home – With a View to Remember. From the moment we arrived, we felt less like a guest and more like family. The warmth and genuine hospitality of the entire team made our stay truly unforgettable. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, comfortable, and cared for in every possible way. A special mention has to go to Mario, an absolute gem. He was not only incredibly kind and attentive, but also a wealth of information. Whether it was offering insider tips, or even arranging bus tickets, Mario handled everything with ease and genuine care. It made our stay completely stress-free. And let’s talk about the food, every single meal was a delight. Delicious, fresh, and clearly made with love. From hearty breakfasts to beautifully prepared dinners, it felt like eating at a friend’s table who just happens to be an amazing chef. The patio view was nothing short of breathtaking. Sitting out there soaking in the scenery, it’s the kind of peace and beauty you don’t easily forget. The rooms were spotless and every detail, from the décor to the service, was clearly designed with care and intention. If you're looking for more than just a place to stay, if you want warmth, soul, great food, and truly personal service, this is it. We left with a full heart, a happy stomach, and memories we will treasure forever. Already dreaming of coming back.

This was such a cozy and lovely place to stay! It was a 5 minute walk from the Amalfi harbour, which was perfect for me as I am expecting a baby. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Our room was spacious and incredibly clean. The only minor downside was that the WiFi connection in our room was weak, but it could have been due to our room specifically. Overall, an amazing place to consider for your trip!
