Isla Caja de Muertos Pet-friendly Vacations

Very small, yet cute place! All depends on the room you get. A standard/queen room is very compact with open bathroom. However, it was quite neat and clean. The lobby was lively! Staff were very helpful, kind and welcoming. Elliot was full of life and spirit. He also made the best omelettes :) Breakfast was included with our stay. It was very simple, so don’t expect a huge spread. It was enough to munch on and head out for an adventure. The location was just perfect!!! There is a 24 hour super market across the street. Within a five minute walk, you would be at the ocean. Some nice restaurants were walkable distance too making this a prime location. Overall, it was a great stay and we enjoyed. Definitely recommend to couples who are looking for a small and simple hotel.

Great hotel in the heart of it all. Very pleasant office staff who were very welcoming. Would definitely stay here again. Rooms were plenty big and gave the kids and I everything we needed. Thanks for making our trip memorable.

Shower had a leak and would flood the entire restroom floor everyday. Fell twice and overall never felt clean because of the constant water pooling and just felt dingy

Great place to stay for a relaxing getaway, restaurants were amazing !

Property very nice, outdoor areas are amazing. Access to beach, lounges and towels is great. Restaurants are very expensive, room pretty dirty, smelly and old looking. Hallways smell, like it all needs a major remodel. But the lobby and public areas are much better. Sad, if rooms were better this would be an amazing choice for the future. Bathroom is tiny. 4 of us in the room barely could make use of it. Really nonwhere to put your toiletries. Beds are horribly small and honestly no comfortable. All in all, the beach and outdoor areas make up for most of that. Also parking is really expensive, next time I just won't rent a car.

Housekeeping was excellent. Staff at beach was very helpful. The wind off the Atlantic kept the beach comfortable and the waves a challenge. Food was great.
