Good place to stay for a night if needed as a stop through. We did have a room that had a window that wouldn’t close, so it was rather cold. Once the curtains were shut and the air conditioning was on, it managed to trap the heat in mostly, but the road noise was still there. Toilet seat was also loose. Helpful amenities with tea/coffee/toiletries facilities though. Very pokey with the sofa bed open, not ideal for families, especially with multiple suit cases.

I like this place for a south auckland stay

We have been staying at this venue over past 15 years have the price has become far too expensive for what you are getting rooms are becoming dated some of the carpets are dirty and stained tv streaming / internet connection constantly cuts out will be looking at alternatives for next booking

Would recommend staying here, close to the casino, and the rooms are nice and quiet.

Stayed here overnite before our early morning International flight. Hotel, staff and food were exceptional and at a very reasonable price!

We had a great stay at the 4 bedroom suite, it was perfect location in Auckland CBD for our large group and the staff was very accommodating!
