I’m asking whether Expedia can include this $100 bond in the total cost breakdown, as I overlooked it. Having it shown in the full total would help remind future customers to read the details carefully. Overall, the stay was comfortable, with easy access to everything we needed. Really great place to stay for attending concerts at trust arena. Food options available late night around the hotel. Only comment is the toilets does not have any exhaust fan, however the huge garden at the back is awesome!

Clean, good strong shower and decent bathroom amenities. The room was spacious. The lady at reception was friendly. There are plenty of food options close by. It's very basic and tired though, desperately in need of an update. We have family in West Auckland so this is probably the best of very limited options for us to stay nearby - the best part is that it's convenient for food options. We prefer staying in the city where there are nicer options but it saves a lot of driving.
