Nice location, clean room and staff helpful. Would stay again

This is an absolutely beautiful 4 star hotel that truly deserves to be rated 5 stars. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the quality, cleanliness, and attention to detail throughout the property. What really sets this hotel apart, though, is the staff. Every member of the team was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely dedicated to making our stay as enjoyable as possible. Their warm hospitality made us feel right at home. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an exceptional stay, and I can’t wait to return!

The property was overall beautiful. I upgraded to the Red level package with the Mountain View (2 adults and 2 kids). It is a great hotel for couples or adults but is not my preferred choice for kids since there were hardly any activities for kids my age (13 and 9 years). The only improvement is the Red level service could have provided more protein on the food provided. The drinks were heavily provided as well as a few snack options. I felt that I didn’t get my monies worth for the addition of Red level.

Only stayed for one night, can't say too much, overall is good.

What a great hotel and location. The recently refurbed rooms and spacious communal areas are a pleasure. Breakfast was really good and the location is superb. The pool is nice for kids but on the small side if you’re looking for exercise. We were unlucky with power outages while we were there but would def stop here again.

Superb 4 night stay here, my room was spotless, all the hotel staff were amazing & couldn't do enough for you. Fluent English spoken by everyone. Lovely roof top pool and chill out area. Gym was great. The AC was THE COLDEST i've ever had in Barcelona! This is my new hotel now whenever I visit Barcelona. It really is a gem, such a great location as well. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. I visit BCN at least twice a year and this is the only hotel i'll stay in now. 10/10
