"It was just okay. The room was spacious, but parking was a problem. Staff were not well informed about the area or major local events(such as the El Vendrell Three Kings Day celebrations). They seemed more concerned with what was on their phones than what was going on with their customers."

Not friendly very condescending attitude and did as little as possible. Guests in restaurant and dragging furniture rather than lifting like her colleague.
