⭐ Extremely Disappointing Service — Lisa Needs Customer Service Training I had a very unpleasant experience at Cafe Americano in South Beach, connected to Hotel Victor, specifically because of an employee named Lisa. All I asked for was a plastic cup for water. Another employee had already told Lisa to give me one, yet she refused and turned something incredibly simple into an unnecessary issue. What made it worse was her rude attitude and the fact that she continued cursing and making comments over PLASTIC CUPS. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable when dealing with paying customers. Thankfully, the manager stepped in, gave both me and my daughter the plastic cups, and apologized for Lisa’s rude behavior. I appreciated the manager handling the situation appropriately, but it never should have gotten to that point. Customer service matters. Nobody should be made to feel uncomfortable or disrespected over a simple request for a cup of water. Lisa, do better. Your attitude and behavior reflected poorly on an otherwise nice establishment. Management handled the situation professionally, but Lisa’s behavior absolutely needs to be addressed. It was my daughter’s birthday and I am a frequent stayer at the Victor hotel!! The staff there was immaculate

Was surprised at all of the amenities! Golf school, bowling alley, spa, gym, pool, full sized basketball court! It was insane! Staff was good, didnt need much. Was inconvenient getting to the floor to check in as you need a key. Otherwise amazing hotel! Also theres not a real mini fridge for leftovers. Instead a mini bar
