Front Desk personnel were mediocre. Hotel was very clean and well kept.

We could not sleep well on room 239 because we could hear all the foot steps in our ceiling from the 3rd floor at all times

Clean quiet place. Very nice staff

It was convenient to the highway and the Palisade’s mall. I did not like that some of the rooms were facing the cemetery.

Nice and they clean every day

I really liked the gym. I didn’t like how everything around the hotel is very limited walking wise.

Not a place for piece and quiet due to traffic and interior noise. Coffee in the morning was weak. Had to do without ice because the only ice machine broke during the first night. Powdered rug deodorizer was sprinkled and was never vacuumed up. No facial tissue provided.
