Stayed in one of the bungalows and absolutely loved it. It was like staying in your own private resort. It was clean and nicely decorated. It’s also located in the perfect spot in Santa Monica. We’ll be back!

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment and would definitely recommend it! Check-in and check-out were both very smooth, and we really appreciated that they were able to accommodate our request for an early check-in and late check-out. The location was very convenient and close to many of the major tourist attractions, which made getting around easy. Free parking was also a huge plus, especially with two parking lots available, so we never had an issue finding a space. The apartment itself was spacious, including the rooms and bathroom, and having a washer and dryer inside the unit was extremely convenient for our week-long stay. There is also an on-site staff member available if you need any assistance, which was reassuring. The price was excellent, especially considering we stayed for a full week over Labor Day. Overall, we had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay, and we felt we got great value for the price. We would happily stay here again!

Great Location - Amazing Breakfast

Great location in Nob Hill area

The check-in and the valet were both a great experience. We ordered room service when we arrived through the app and it arrived really quick. The food was ok. Kids liked the chicken tenders and quesadillas. The steak wasn’t bad, but the sauce they put on it wasn’t great. I’d do it with the sauce on the side next time. In general, if you called for service good luck getting someone to answer the phone. I waited about 10 min to get some towels then just gave up. Housekeeping was horrible. 1 day they just didn’t come even though I didn’t have do not disturb up and left at 9:30am. Came back at 11pm and had to go downstairs to complain and get some towels to shower. The next day we had the do not disturb and the housekeeping opened the door on my wife at around 10am. Breakfast was ok. The quality of the eggs weren’t so great. A simple sunny side up was never made right with runny white. Or omelette that was never good. In general the quality of the eggs were poor. Donuts were incredible, so were the French toast. The pancakes were ok and the cookies were great. Very average breakfast for what you pay for. The best staff members are the bell desk and valet. Leaving was a breeze. They took my luggage and got my car and had everything ready for me to leave. Only thing that could be improved would be offering some water for the road. Not usual JW Marriott service level. It’s clean though for a hotel by Disney.
