No casino , no golf club, no cars, no TV, only adults , landscaping lovingly maintained , but not excessively, super friendly staff, incredible massage team. Bring books and relax and sleep off your stress , on this island you are condemned to do nothing but enjoy the hospitality.

We really loved our 4 day stay here. Everything about it. But the thing that stood out for us was the genuinely thoughtful and caring staff. They really go above and beyond to making you feel like you are special without being intrusive. I’ve been to 5 star resorts but nothing compares.
So many perks.
They have the best breakfast in the morning. Three times a week they have these free exceptional yoga classes. The instructor, Daniella, was wonderful. She taught the class thoughtfully, including those who were new to yoga. They have free very nice air conditioned vans that can shuttle you into town and pick you up at a designated location every twenty minutes. The rooms are beautiful. Clean and large. Our room had a stunning beach view and had easy access to breakfast and the beach. This hotel lacks for nothing. 5 stars plus!!! We will certainly be back!!

The room was spacious! Really great layout with a separate couch for lounging around. Housekeeping was amazing and accommodating to our late check out, even bringing us fresh towels so we could shower before leaving for the airport.
Concierge was always helpful & present! We always felt safe around the hotel & surrounding! Great traffic control by hotel staff (necessary since the area is so busy)!
Christian at Check in was efficient, friendly & informative.
Highly recommend staying here if you like to eat, shop & be not too far from
NAIA!

Location was close to the U.S. Embassy and Rizal Park. Clean room, great staff. Elevators broke down day & night on a rotating basis. For me(allergic to garlic & onion), it was not a pleasant dining experience. As a guest, I got 20% off all food, but there wasn’t anything on the menus I could eat.

It was the pool which was disappointing. It was also a health club so sometimes you use the pool until noon as it was full of very loud children The staff by the pool were not that attentive. The champagne bar restaurant was excellent. Breakfast very mediocre.
