We stayed here before our Baltic cruise and it was definitely a highlight of our vacation. Easy to walk to the areas we wanted to visit and then able to enjoy the peacefulness of our hotel. Hotel room was so charming, bed and linens were super comfortable and loved the restaurant and bar on site. Highly recommend.

This was an excellent hotel. The room was spacious and well designed. The location was perfect. And the buffet breakfast was excellent.

Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was quite disappointing. The air conditioning was not working properly, which made our stay uncomfortable. The rooms were also very small, especially considering the $800 USD price point. We also had an unfortunate experience at breakfast regarding the cash payment. The cash had expired two months earlier, and as we are from the US, we were unaware of this until after we had left the hotel. The staff member knew we were checking out, yet it appeared that he attempted to keep the cash rather than properly address the issue. He appeared to pocket the money instead of applying it toward the breakfast bill and was instead going to charge the amount to our room. This was very concerning and left us with a negative impression of the service. After reaching out to the hotel, they did apply a credit to my card along with an apology to correct the situation Overall, given the high price, we expected a much higher standard of comfort, service, and professionalism

We had an amazing stay at WIDE Hotel Copenhagen as first-time visitors to Copenhagen! From the moment we arrived, everything was wonderful. The hotel is beautiful, modern, and in a great location, making it so easy to explore the city and get to all the places we wanted to visit. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and our stay felt comfortable and welcoming from start to finish. The room was clean, stylish, and had everything we needed after a long day of sightseeing. We also loved the overall atmosphere of the hotel—it felt upscale and cozy at the same time.
