Super comfortable room, great location, and welcoming vibe. Just one criticism: I loved the cuddly cod and wanted to take one home but they are far too expensive (400 DKK / £46). I get Denmark is a pricey country but that still seems a little much.

This is not a good hotel for tourists. It’s a convention center, and it lacks the personal service that you would expect from a good hotel. Room clean is “on request”. I think that’s not good for any hotel, except here nobody told this at check-in either and it was not made clear in the room also. ...

Easy to find and check in late, but that's about it for pros. We knew that it would be a simple room and we were fine with that however we left after one night. My room was small but efficient. Might be tight for two people. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The room was very soundproofed. They serve a good breakfast on the 10th floor. Great view of the city up there. The hotel is a good location for exploring the centre of the city.
