Less wonderful was the member of staff who checked us in, who was stressed and rude and neglected to tell us how to get to our rooms, was snarky when we came back to ask for directions, and only gave us one keycard which turned out not work when we finally reached our room."

"First time in Copenhagen and wow what a beautiful city and so was the hotel. We stayed here 4 nights and had an amazing stay the staff are so helpful and the breakfast was Delicious . Everything about the hotel was so relaxing and calm just wot you needed after a day in the city . We will definitely be staying here again when we return. "
