"This property was amazing, in the heart of the main tourist spot in Copenhagen so it was perfect. Near two metros and great value for two double beds. Our only problem was we messaged the owner about the heating to check how it worked on the first day and they had an auto response that it was after hours so they would reply the next day (fair enough) but they did not respond for the rest of the 4 days we were there! Luckily we worked it out on our own."

"The apartment was great - it was just as advertised and fit our needs perfectly. Location is perfect - we were within walking distance of various sites, close to the train station, and markets/shopping. "My room was small but efficient. Might be tight for two people. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The room was very soundproofed. They serve a good breakfast on the 10th floor. Great view of the city up there. The hotel is a good location for exploring the centre of the city. "

"This is not a good hotel for tourists. It’s a convention center, and it lacks the personal service that you would expect from a good hotel. Room clean is “on request”. I think that’s not good for any hotel, except here nobody told this at check-in either and it was not made clear in the room also. That’s just ridiculous. I had to accidentally read this on a poster in the elevator on day of checkout. So no clean towels on day two. Breakfast was insane! Had to wait in line for 20 min. And the offering was average at best. Location is bad because public transport is not near. The shower went from cold to burning hot continuously and was barely useable. I don’t like to complain and it was mainly my own fault for booking this. I will not be back here again."
