Although I expressed my thanks on the day, I would like to share the hotel's kind and thoughtful service with others who are considering staying here. When I was making a reservation for the buffet, I mistakenly booked the buffet at The Star in Sydney. This unexpected trouble during an overseas trip made me very anxious, but a male staff member at the concierge desk kindly helped us out. He even checked to see if we were charged any cancellation fees, which made us very happy. Additionally, another male staff member at the concierge desk provided very courteous service when we left our luggage. While the room, the hotel's restaurant, and the casino were all wonderful, the kindness of the staff left the biggest impression on us. This was our fourth visit to the Gold Coast, and thanks to your excellent staff, we’ve grown to love this city even more. Thank you for providing us with such a wonderful experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone considering staying here.

海外で一番重視するのがハンドシャワーの有無と水圧。ハンドシャワーもあって、水圧も日本と同じで使い勝手が悪いことは一つもありませんでした。強いて言えば、無料の水が無かったことぐらいです。スカイポイントまでは徒歩で1〜2分、一人旅の私は一泊だけだったので特に不便を感じることは一切、ありませんでした。フロントもフレンドリーです。日本人向けのホテルだと思います。

全て良かったです。レンタカーが行きましたが駐車場も無料ですし。ジムもプールもとっても綺麗です。強いて言うなら、炊飯器があればパーフェクトでしたね。他、調理器具は全て揃っています。
