The bed mattress was quite tired (lumpy and sagged in middle) but the rest of the room and hotel was good. Could impact my decisions re stays in the future though, as sleep quality is a big decision making factor.

Overall, the property is stunning, but the rooms feel dated, and the food on the Gold floor was extremely disappointing. We have stayed at many Fairmont hotels, particularly in Chicago, where the Gold floor experience has been consistently excellent. This property could learn a great deal from the standard set there. Given how much we paid, we expected far better. The food was barely edible and did not reflect the quality we associate with Fairmont.

Staff was incredibly helpful. Restaurant food was delicious and breakfast was spectacular.
