The hotel exceeded our expectations by far: awsome staff- very friendly and immediate accomodations on any request,great location close to metro, free parking,room and furniture design alike at5+ stars resort, good variety and high quality of food at breakfast, spotless clean room! Unbeatable location on Rossio Square. The breakfast at the Bastardo was great - less than 15 euro - buffet style, with made to order omlet and many hot items, cheese, salad, juice, pastries. Best value in Lisbon! Dinner was also great. The staff was very helpful. Wi-fi was really good. Water pressure in the shower was good, enabling refreshing shower.

Spacious and clean room. Bathroom was a little weird. Toilet was in a bizarre angle and it made someone tall like me have to sit in a slightly uncomfortable position. Otherwise very efficient stay.
