The hotel is in a wonderful location; convenient to walk to multiple areas in Copenhagen. Our room was spacious and clean with a comfortable bed. We would stay here again.

Loved the pool area, it was amazing! Downside was not always enough loungers. Rooms were spacious with lovely toiletries.

Location is fantastic, and the property is in great condition, especially considering it only opened last year. Rooms are generously sized and well equipped, with a nod to eco-friendliness. Service is what’s lacking compared with many other five-star hotels. For example, check-in upon our late-night arrival was delayed due to a lack of staff. Busy and perhaps a bit overhyped, it felt more transactional than like a hotel that prioritizes personalized relationships.

Lovely room and terrific location. Staff was accommodating but not excellent. Housekeeper put my partners toiletries case in the sink while cleaning and forgot to put back so was water logged from dripping sink.

Budget hotel at a convenient location to visit the main attractions in the city. The room was quite small with minimal amenities. The stock was quite helpful.
