Very nice hotel, clean and comfortable bed. The location is not very central but is walkable distance from the center city.

Location is ok if you want to be near the train station and tivoli. Brian at check-in was great. Tiny bathroom and sink so small it’s hard to use. Hasn’t been changed in 2 years so doesn’t seem like they take on the repeated feedback. Hot weather meant air con didn’t work at all and staff said to open window instead, but loud music from the bar opposite until late each evening made it very difficult, plus with the sun not setting til late you need windows/blinds closed to sleep. Given a fan after the second complaint but it broke after 30mins. When we arrived there was a large stain in the middle of the bed sheets which was impossible to miss…they changed it after brought to their attention. For 4* hotel expect better. Pillows not comfortable. Housekeeping is only done if requested by leaving sign on your door before 9am, and yet one day during our stay housekeeping randomly entered when it wasn’t requested so all our belongings were left out after not expecting anyone to enter. Second time staying and next time would choose an alternative with bigger rooms and different location.

The apartment is in a great location and very easy to get to from the airport. The bathrooms could do with some improvements (showers need descaling and the shower controls were very stiff). The apartment was very spacious and had a well kitted out kitchen. Would definitely stay there again.

The hotel was amazing in the concierge was one of the best I’ve ever worked with. Can’t wait to stay there again.

This is my second stay at the hotel. On my previous visit the breakfast was buffet style which I liked much better. The hotel was full so the wait for food was long. Also I didn’t like the star system. Too little food was included.
