Lauttasaari Island Beach Vacations

The hotel kept cancelling our reservation. We had to contact them every day to get a new check in code. The last day they canceled our reservation altogether. We had to deal with AI to make contact. Then they would forward a new code. However my phone was low on battery and if I could not contact them we would be locked out with our luggage still inside. Our aircon had a blocked drain and leaked onto the floor. I had to turn off the power. I would never recommend this cost saving way the company adopted. I could have booked accommodation with a physical person to deal with in reception for the same price. I would then have someone to help with our problems.

Super convenient for an early morning flight. Excellent insulation, my room was perfectly quiet. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Would stay there again.

Breakfast is just enough, cleaned our room with fresh towel,staff are friendly.

This was one of the best hotels we’ve stayed at, with excellent staff. The bathroom was luxurious. It felt extremely safe. We did not like the electrical toilets. They kept slamming shut while we were seated. But otherwise, it was phenomenal. They upgraded us into a suite because they didn’t have our room ready in time, and the suite was amazing.
