Room on the fourth floor had a temporary air-conditioning that made a lot of noise vented through the window and let considerable street noise as well. The gym had a treadmill that was very loud and did not work well otherwise rooms were clean and staff someone helpful.

Not the standard for a 1 Hotel property. I came in late and the fire alarm was falsely going off the entire time. No courtesy call and no zero attempt to accommodate the guests. The rooms need some work. Felt dingy and could use some serious touch ups and repairs. Just didn’t feel like the others.

Excellent breakfast, comfy beds

A boutique hotel located in Chelsea. Rooms are average size and the hotel is dog friendly. Staff at the hotel are very helpful and friendly.

Not nearly as comparable to other 5 stars in Manhattan. Rooms and elevators are dated. No coffee machine in the room. No mini bar or snacks for purchase in room. Shower was dated and had moldy tiles. Room was simple, nothing lavish or luxurious. Staff was helpful but not overly welcoming and warm. Will not stay again for the price.

Clean cozy place to stay. Good location.

My two teenagers and I loved our stay at the San Carlos Hotel. We chose a family room with an enclosed bedroom with king bed, as well as two bathrooms (one shower, two toilets) and a sofa bed in the living room. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, and the location was ideal. We walked to Times Square, the Museum of Modern Art, Grand Central Station, and to various subway stations with ease. The hotel held our luggage for free after check-out, and we never heard noise from the street, hallway or nearby rooms during our stay. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the elevator was very fast. It was a fabulous stay, and we were really glad we chose San Carlos Hotel.

The NoblDen Hotel was amazing! I would definitely stay here again when visiting NYC. It was close to Little Italy, ChinaTown, SOHO, and a great spot from which to navigate Manhattan. The rooms were so clean, comfortable, and it was awesome to have a balcony and the rooftop to see the city. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful! Highly recommend!
