「We had a great one-night stay at Hotel Hi-Ho. The self check-in process was simple and convenient, and the room access instructions were clear and easy to follow. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a quick overnight stay. The hotel was clean, quiet, and a great value for the price. Everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out, and we’d definitely stay here again if we’re in the Fairfield area.」

「If an IKEA opened a beach motel it would look like the Surfside! Room was bare, cool and clean. The entire place (rooms and common areas) have the same flooring that was sticky no matter where you walk. If they un-sticky the floors this place is a cute little 10/10. The rest of it was really clean. People were really friendly, location is great.」

「1: The rooms do not have a mattress for a bed. They use a futon pad on a platform. These are not only very firm but extremely uncomfortable. I had 3 of the worst nights of sleep in my life, and this was a major contributing factor. 「Had an extended three week stay at Norwalk inn and conference center . The hotel staff were polite , friendly and responsive . Enjoyed the restaurant as well , loved the meatball appetizer is addicting and had great service there is excellent as well. Be back here again next trip.」
