They were attentive and always worked to provide a solution, which I truly appreciated. My only concern was with a particular tenant who made my stay somewhat uncomfortable. This individual was frequently present in the lobby and appeared to listen in on conversations, including moments when I was speaking with staff about matters I felt were personal. Additionally, she approached me directly with questions about my stay, such as why I was there and how long I would be staying. This behavior felt intrusive and made the overall experience slightly uncomfortable. "
