Our stay in Cancún was wonderful, but the person who truly made our experience unforgettable was Luany. From the moment we met her, she treated us with genuine kindness, patience, and professionalism. She didn’t just do her job—she consistently went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcomed, comfortable, and taken care of. What stood out most was how sincere she was. Luany made us feel like valued guests rather than just another reservation. She was attentive, knowledgeable, warm, and always willing to help. Her positive energy and exceptional customer service made a lasting impression on both of us and elevated our entire vacation. Employees like Luany are the reason guests remember a hotel, recommend it to others, and choose to return. Management should know that she is an incredible representative of this property and a tremendous asset to the team. She deserves to be recognized and rewarded for the level of care she provides. If raises, promotions, or employee awards are being considered, Luany should absolutely be at the top of that list. Thank you, Luany, for helping make our Cancún trip so special. We've been to Cancun several times and this is by far the worst experience we've had. Part of appeal of coming to Cancun is the all inclusive food. But good luck trying to actually get food. Restaurant options were very limited (half the restaurants were closed down) and the ones that were open never actually opened on time leaving you with no options on where to eat. And good luck trying room service, they charge a $5 convenience fee but there's nothing convenient about waiting over an hour for food. The main restaurant was the buffet with not much variety and mediocre food. There were only a couple things we ate that were alright. The only thing that kind of redeemed this resort was the Mexican night on Wednesday. More of that food should have been served daily. We also paid extra for an ocean view to have a relaxing in room experience but between the pool side entertainment and the slamming doors it was not relaxing. Even with a sound machine at full volume it couldn't block that out.
