Yucatan Peninsula All inclusive Vacations

We had a garden view and the ocean was still visible. The ocean was not very pretty this time of year (lots of seaweed in March) but the pools make up for it ! Poolside service was just okay but Dario at the Gondola restaurant made every breakfast special for my family of 12!! The housekeeping staff is friendly and so are the room service staff! We loved being able to schedule milk to be delivered to the room in the mornings for our baby. Overall we loved the resort and would definitely return! Momo (hibachi and regular side) are amazing for dinners!

Everything was fantastic, there were some detailed items, like broken lock on sliding door in room and the knob on the bathroom door was broken, wear and tear on some furniture in room. Service was great! Food was delicious, lots of options, made to order food, minimal buffet food, quality goods! 5 pools all located by the beach. Many activities durning the day, always something to do, we enjoyed yoga daily and water aerobics! Very chill and relaxing vacation, highly recommend! And nooooo screaming kids!!! +++

Great Spa, some staff so great and younger staff pretty bad. also did not like all the up-sales that happened right when we got to the hotel and even on the beach.

Felt a little extra pressure to buy in to the timeshare the first couple of days. Food was great and staff overall excellent!!! Room was spacious and clean. Great view!

lots of seaweeds, furniture's unattended, lacking in staff. room has no veranda, it has window, but you get humidity after a while. The room has no reachable electric outlets, bathroom has bathtub but sealed and not usable, no water coming out of the faucet waste of space! Dining buffet is not good as far as utensils, glasses, soup spoons, running out and not replaced. short staff, food not replaced right away, people tend to wait. ice cream is "melt scream" not ice cream, cones are stale and breads are hard, no jams, jellies, cream cheese around, you have to ask for everything. The resort has not many activities, no floating bar in the pool, the jacuzzi is cold, spa jacuzzi is also cold no snack back around, food not 24 hours open. main entrance door is always yucky with lots of fingerprints all day every day. The whole place is not enticing, needs a lot of attention on the facility, staff, and resort activities, etc.

Kind and responsive staff, comfortable and cool room, lots of fun activities and awesome to access the night club at hotel next door. My only complaint was the food quality was poor even at the restaurants. But I expect that from an all inclusive- the drinks were great!
