Good staff, right from the lobby to the porter: Edgar at the front desk was fantastic in checking us in, explaining things to us, reserving one of the choice restaurants, and generally helping us with the arrangements for a birthday celebration. It turned out very well. Luciana, Mabel, and Yomina (?) at the restaurants made every meal experience quite enjoyable.
The rooms were clean, and while the resort is not one of the newest, it is in very good shape: clean, safe,
One suggestion though: the tour team’s positioning by the elevators and repeat pitches as we asked past was a tad heavy.

If I could give 100 stars I would. This place was amazing. From the beautiful grounds to the best staff ever. They went out of their way to make everyone feel like royalty. This place was spotless and the amenities were to many to list. Thanks especially to our guy Richard. My wife and I celebrated our 25 year wedding anniversary there and he helped make it an anniversary to remember. Thanks for the amazing experience! And the spa.... you gotta check ot out. Out of this world.
