No complaints all was excellent

Everyone at the Hotel Britomart were fabulous! The hotel is in a terrific location, is super clean and well appointed! The beds are comfy and the staff are very accommodating. The restaurant & bar were great and provided a relaxing atmosphere!! We would highly recommend The Hotel Britomart!!

This hotel is situated in easy walking distance to the Auckland harbour front and other major attractions. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were all very helpful. Great choice for your stay in Auckland.

Fantastic location. 5 mins to international terminal. Rooms are beautiful & serene. Lovely sleep the bed was so comfortable! It’s my 3 time staying & will definitely stay again!

Thought the Hotel was very nice. The customer service and concierge were outstanding. I did not use the pool. Thought the breakfast was lacking. It’s a buffet but has no eggs prepared. You have to order eggs as part of a more expensive breakfast. The problem comes when you’re in a hurry to catch an early tour or transport and you don’t have time for à la carte.

Airport shuttle was easy to use. Breakfast which was purchase7d as part of hotel stay was excellent. Very pleased with whole experience.

The staff really looks after you. The restaurant serves a very good English style buffet breakfast and interesting dinner selections, although limited. Our rate included a bottle of wine and a charcuterie board each late afternoon, breakfast and coffees from the barista all day long. If we had a car, parking would have been included. Very nice
