Lovers Key All inclusive Vacations

I like the clean room and friendly room service. I don’t like the elevator that is so far from my room and I can hear my next door neighbor talking in the morning and front desk staff not very helpful. We had a missing personal item while staying there. My daughter lost one of her air pods there and staffs called us they found it. We requested to send for us because we already left the state. They requested us to send them a prepaid box or they are not sending the item back to us. So, my husband pay for the box and have USPS to drop it off at the hotel. We never hear back from them or receive the package. No one from the hotel contact us either. 😢😢😢😢

Staff was amazingly helpful especially accommodating for my two kids.

We appreciated that the valet service was complimentary; however, we would have preferred free self-parking (you have to pay to self park). Each time we wanted to go somewhere, we had to wait for the valet to retrieve our vehicle, which added unnecessary waiting time to our day. We stayed for two nights. On the first night, the TV remote was not working, and unfortunately it could not be fixed that evening. The staff did address the issue the following day. The pool area was clean, well-maintained, and enjoyable. However, for a tower of this size, the pool seemed somewhat small and could have been larger to better accommodate guests.

Overall, I had a good stay. The room was clean, and the property was well maintained. My only complaint was the staff at Vig Deli. They weren’t very friendly—they simply handed me my food without saying thank you or showing any appreciation for my business. A little better customer service would have made the experience much more welcoming. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay and would consider returning.

Service, staff and amenities were top notch.

The resort was beautiful.I had a wonderful spa day... and excellent food at the restaurants they offered.It was a great vacation for me! The pool was amazing 😊

The hotel holds so much nostalgia. We had a great time there. The diner in the hotel was wonderful.

The room was beautiful! Spacious & comfortable. I LOVE the soft, plush carpet :) We had in room dining from the restaurant & the food was delicious! Service from all the staff was superb - everyone was kind & helpful. Can't beat the location overlooking the Pacific Ocean & just a short walk down to the beach or the Santa Monica Pier. I highly recommend this hotel!!

Love the vibe of this hotel. The rooms are stunning, incredibly spacious, and feel more like a home than a typical hotel room. The views are top-notch, and the location is hard to beat—everything you need is conveniently nearby. The beds and furniture are exceptionally comfortable and inviting, making it easy to relax and settle in. I especially loved the bathroom products and the signature scent throughout the room—so much so that I’d recommend buying the room spray from the gift shop. The welcome note and treats waiting for us upon arrival were a thoughtful touch and made us feel appreciated. Check-in could have been a bit friendlier, but that may just be part of the LA hospitality style.
