Rooms were clean and quiet , breakfast was very good .

We love where this is property is located and all the amenities. The pool was closed the 2 days we were there which was disappointing but the weather didn't really cooperate either. The staff is very accomodating and attentive.

If you drive, it’s very close to everything pretty much. It’s clean and nice to stay with family. Parking is a little expensive but that applies to most of Chicago area.

The staff was great. The room was nice but I would have preferred more towels. The remote in our room wasn’t working fully as well as the steamer in the room. Otherwise, it is a good hotel but would not recommend for families.

Excellent hotel, but there is one thing you should be prepared for: the common areas are freezing. Even on a beautiful summer day when it is 75°F outside, you may need a jacket indoors. One staff member, who was wearing four layers, including a sweater and a jacket, told me that he loved the cold. It is unfortunate that so much energy is spent cooling the hotel to around 60°F. Reducing the air conditioning could save money, lower prices, and make guests more comfortable.

So convenient to the airport — an easy walk to terminal 2 and short train ride to the other terminals. No stress before an early morning flight. Great gym and pretty good casual restaurant. Clean and comfortable rooms.
