Spent 2 nights and stayed on the 8th floor. Can go to the swimming pool on 8th floor and just steps away from room. Breakfast was good and have plenty of choices.

Staff was amazing, everyone spoke English well so that was a plus, overall the food was a let down, breakfast, lounge , ossanios, maybe im just bias because i got food poisoning my security day there , and i only ate at the hotel,

Clean and spacious room. Staff are very attentive including staff at the lobby.

The room was amazing, the staff were so friendly and welcoming. The resort has so much to do and the beach and hotel facilities are amazing. My stay was excellent oh and the bed was super comfortable.

Staff really friendly and helpful. Hotel and facilities were generally great, plenty of different pools and areas to choose from - particularly liked that some of the smaller/childrens pool were shaded. Family apartment was large and well equipped - only negative was the shower was cold for our stay, we did report to concierge and reception but nothing was done to fix, it was a shame because everything else was great!
