Wonderful experience, staff was very friendly and accommodating.

This is a beautiful hotel very well located, just across the lake and within walking distance from the Burj Khalifa and the Dubai mall. We appreciated being able to see the water show in the lake every half hour right from our own private balcony. Check-in and check-out were easy and fast. We were given a complimentary shuttle to the airport, which was greatly appreciated. The only issue we had was the temperature in the room. It was noticeably cold, and the climate control system only cools the room down, it doesn't warm it up. Upon waking up in the morning, I called reception about the temperature, and they kindly sent a plug in radiator to the room, which warmed it up. I wish that I had asked for the radiator to be delivered immediately after checking in. Overall, this is a wonderful hotel in a great location and I recommend it to visitors in Dubai.

Travelling to new country can be hard, exciting, sad.... Anything. Being at the ibn battuta, will ensure that you always fell like you are home. The place, the staff, the amenities, the food.... Great food selection, corteous staff, ample rooms and an amazing view of the city from my room, i receive an upgrade, courtesy of the hotel.

Clean room, nice service, beautiful site. They give a delicious tea upon arrival. Food at the Mekong Restaurant is wonderful. Buggy (golf cart) drivers are very nice. They don’t really have a business center for working, though. Disappointed in extra charge for beds on beach, though the lounge chairs are nice. Glad that the breakfast at the Beach Club is adults only. Food was excellent.
