Love the personal, helpful service. The gym is great - bright, clean and very well equipped. Had the tacos at Caravan Swim Club and they were delicious! The hotel is conveniently located next to Ralph’s and the neighborhood is great for walking.

Nice outdoor pool and outdoor area rooms are clean. Staff are friendly and the warm warm cookies on arrival were great touch!

The bed was one of the most comfortable I have had the pleasure to sleep in & I would love to know what pillow brand they use because I would buy them in a heartbeat. The room was spotless. I didn’t come in a car so this wasn’t an issue for me, but the parking is pricey ($60 self park, more for valet). Just a heads up for those planning to stay there.

Short trip overnight for a concert but hotel was perfect including shuttle option to Kia Forum and back

Have stayed several times and each time was awesome especially the desk staff that assisted us with an issue that was of our doing, iwe will be staying there during the siftball season at LMU for the next four years.
