The shower faucet was too tight. Unable to open the water. Had to call the operator, who was rude, and get someone to come (after 40 minutes) to fix it, not in time to use the shower and go to a 9 AM meeting.

The room lack of complementary water. Only one tea bag in the room. No body cream in bathroom or other commonly provided toiletries. The room didn’t get cleaned on my stay nor i was asked if was needed. + Expensive parking. Is this a Hyatt hotel?
