V efficient n lovely staff, good choice for breakfast buffet and offers cooked breakfast; clean room, good facilities w sauna/pool/gym, comfy bed/good sleep, near to Arthur's Seat n good outdoor spaces/tourist attractions/Royal Mile; near to a tesco express, cafes/restaurants/RC church. Bus stop is just v near.as well.perfect hotel.

The room was great! The staff was helpful, although for a minute at the front desk they couldn't find my reservation. I was able to check in a few hours early because there was a room already available. They came while we were out that same day and made up the couch as a bed for our kids to sleep on.
The only thing about the room was that although there was a closet right in front of the door for coats and such, there wasn't a dresser in the room to store our clothes in so we just kept our suitcases open on the floor to grab stuff out of.
The water pressure in the shower was AMAZING.
