Great location and a nice stay, just a few little things that were a bit disappointing. Room wasn't ready at check in time so we had to wait 40 minutes. We didn't actually get the superior twin room we booked, we got a king with a sofa bed instead. And whilst the pool was great and very quiet, there was building work being done. Just felt slightly chaotic. Also no plug sockets free by the beds

Nice place to stay and staff were amazingly helpful. The housekeeping and reception staff are doing a good job. However, room service is not doing so well. Calls from rooms for food, or drinks go unanswered.
