The staff were so friendly. I never felt any request was an imposition. Special shout out to Satfier and Sisi. They were the best! Ready to welcome you back and offer a suggestion. My only concern was the WiFi in our room was not working properly and the access point needed to be rebooted. Being the weekend the front desk was unable to respond. WiFi worked fine everywhere else. It was just our room 408

Everything was superb! My guests and I had a wonderful time. Staff was absolutely incredible, and the restaurants was delicious.

The staff is courteous and helpful. The breakfast Buffett had a nice selection of options. Many hot food choices such as Potatoes, sausage, eggs and oatmeal. There were baked goods, bagels and toast. The beds were comfortable .

Mac is too good. Give her all the raises so she stays. If I ever have a job for here, mmmmmmmmmmmmmm H

OK, Portland people are just different and I say that in a really good way, but the staff at the Mark Spencer Hotel are really exceptional. The hotel is very nicely located in the middle of everything downtown Portland, so everything you want to do is at walking distance. The hotel itself is just great. I stayed in the master suite and it was just fenomenal. Renovated, nice and super clean. Next time I have the opportunity to go to Portand, I would 100% stay there again,
