This is the 4th time visiting Majestic resorts, this time the Elegance, and it’s never a disappointment, beautiful facilities, excellent customer service everywhere, we had a swim up room and it was outstanding, variety of food in the buffet and restaurants, we will come back!

Parking was cool, the only issue was the food was not exactly appealing as it probably could be. They have a steakhouse but its always full but you can walk to other places pretty easily.

The room needed a personal cleaning as it wasn’t cleaned to any standard. By the 5th day there, pools were dirty, brown build up and things floating in the water.

The staff was really kind. VIP area was also very nice! I enjoyed my stay and I would definitely come back. The beach area was also at a really good point on the island which was gorgeous.

Do not be misled and pay extra for the advertised "balcony" at the Hyatt Grand Cypress. The "balcony" is, at best, 20" wide with no chairs or table.
