The property and staff are excellent, no complaints whatsoever. The only negative thing I have to say is the food at the buffet stations are quite cold even if you go at the opening time.

My friends checked in to a dirty room and staff only brought them sheets and towels (they had to change the bed themselves). The casino smelled like sewage the entire time. Housekeeping doesn’t come during the weekends. They only provide shampoo and one small soap, no conditioner or lotion. No mini ...

Had multiple issues with the safe, food was not the greatest. Could really use music at the adult only pool. The jetted tub was nasty and we would not use it. Room had a great view, our pool attendant was the best

The staff was really kind. VIP area was also very nice! I enjoyed my stay and I would definitely come back. The beach area was also at a really good point on the island which was gorgeous.

They don’t tell you about a daily resort fee so they surprise charge you after your stay. The wifi says complimentary but it’s not. The stay over all was good, just not happy with the surprise extra fees.
