「It’s a nice basic hotel, nothing fancy but the golden ticket is : Amy!! What would I do without her help! She was absolutely fantastic! I was there for only 2.5 days and weather was iffy. I was a bit disappointed that my trip was going to be affected by the bad weather, Amy booked all my tour visits, shuttles and made great recommendations that will go according to weather. I was absolutely impress! She was able to squeeze all my bucket list items in the short time I was there, even with the bad...

「시설도 깨끗하고 공연도 볼만 합니다. 가족과 함께 같이 숙박시설 이용하면 좋네요」

「The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, and their service was very generous; they were always trying to assist and were excellent guides on our tours. I should clarify that the breakfast is very basic, I completely understand that, but Robbie and her husband deserve top marks for their excellent service.」

「The hotel is not as clean or nice as it appears in the photos, and the facilities themselves feel quite outdated. Additionally, smoking seems to be allowed throughout the property, and there was a strong smell of tobacco in the room. 「Great hotel. Excellent location.」

「Clean hotel with super helpful and friendly staff. Close to Tianmen Mountain.」

「We had a wonderful stay! The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful, and we truly appreciated the complimentary room upgrade. The hotel is conveniently located near Tianmen Mountain, the train station, and the 72 Wonders, making it an excellent base for exploring Zhangjiajie. Overall, a comfortable stay with great service and a convenient location.」

「Property was new and well maintained. Laundry facilities were excellent. Only criticism is that it was difficult to find the address on Didi as the name and address on Expedia are different to those on Didi (the local taxi service).」

「The staff was amazing and helpful and hotel was very nice with a good location」
