One disappointment was that listing showed a washer and dryer included, but there was none to be found for our access. We were counting on it as we were in the middle of a week-long trip. 「Stayed with friends on a trip to Joshua Tree. House is located maybe a mile from the park entrance. It's as clean and neat as it looks in the pictures. The hot tub got a lot of use given the unseasonable cold during our visit, and everything about the house was fantastic.
